Vestas is hiring at our Windsor Blades and Brighton Nacelles factories in Colorado to manufacture Vestas’s newest US wind turbine. We are looking for individuals interested in being on the frontline of wind turbine production and manufacturing the infrastructure that powers our everyday lives.

Open Positions:
- Production Team Member: Work on a high-performance team to build blades, nacelles, and hubs for wind farms throughout North America.
- Logistics Team Member: Support the factory by coordinating the storage of material, tools, products, and equipment.
- Heavy Equipment Operator: Execute the packaging, shipping, and transportation of turbine blades, nacelles, and hubs and operate various pieces of heavy equipment required to distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products.
- Maintenance Team Member: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Management Team Member: Responsible for leading employees to ensure safety, quality, and delivery of products as well as provide coaching and performance management to the factory employees.
Dependent on the role, starting employees will make $20.50 - 30.00 per hour and receive competitive benefits packages, including healthcare, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and paid parental leave.
